Any defects , faults , errors, issues must be advised within 48 hours of receiving / returned within 7 days.

We do not offer refunds but we do however provide credit notes.

Please choose your items carefully. Items may differ due to the environment/lightning under which photography/video were taken. All video filmed during daylight hours.

We are fully transparent when describing items.

Any customs duty / taxes are to be paid by the buyer in their country.

Should you be returning an item(s) it is the buyers' responsibility for postage/shipping charges.

Sale items cannot be returned or credited, as it has been stated that they are discounted items .

Where an item is purchased at its original (non- discounted) price, any approved return will be issued as store credit equal to the original purchase price. Sale or promotional pricing is not applicable to such credits or subsequent exchanges.
